At Mindful Psychology Associates, we value therapists who are excellent clinicians, who agree strongly with our mission, are team players, and are interested in working with young adults/college student mental health. Therapists who join our team might also be interested in either strengthening one of our current treatment areas (trauma, eating disorders, RO-DBT, LGBTQ issues, couples therapy) OR developing a new treatment area which would be a good fit for the practice.
Professional qualifications we are seeking: either a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow, fully licensed LCPC/LCSW/LMFT, or Psychiatrist/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Qualities that we look for in clinicians include: solid clinical skills, humility, collaborative focus, strong communication skills, openness, and vulnerability.
Benefits include:
- Work/life balance with 25 clinical hours a week
- W2 employee status
- BCBS PPO group health insurance plan
- Awesome colleagues in a cohesive and supportive team
- Support and consultation
- Full admin, scheduling, billing and marketing support
We ask for a two-year employment commitment to the practice. Many of our clinicians are parents and we offer work-life balance, as well as scheduling flexibility. We take care of our clinicians so you can take care of your clients as well as having time for your family/hobbies/living life!
If you feel like you would be a great fit, please send your CV and a cover letter to be considered for an open position. Please contact Dr. Michelle Gebhardt for more information.
