Urgent Need Therapy

urgent need therapy

Sometimes life throws us curveballs. Upheavals in our relationships, work or school and big life events — from new babies to career changes to the death of a loved one — can send us spinning.

If you find yourself in crisis or dealing with some heavy emotions, you could benefit from some professional support for urgent need therapy.

One of our Evanston therapists can often be available for either same-day appointments or an appointment during the same week when scheduling and space allows. Please use our Scheduling Inquiries Form to get the appointment moving ahead quickly.

While we try to make every effort to meet the requests for more urgent sessions, Mindful Psychology Associates is not a 24-hour crisis center or immediate care center. If you are experiencing an emergency, currently are feel suicidal or are unsafe and/or in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
